Q: What equipment is used?
A: We take great pride in the type of brands we work with and the equipment we offer. For every session, you are invited to use our high-quality mats by Lulu Lemon. The instructor will then let you know what other equipment will be used in that class. We have yoga blocks, pilates balls, rings, and weight wrist/ankle bands by Bala.

Q: Are classes beginner-friendly?
A: Whether you are an expert or a beginner, you are able to attend all of our classes. Inclusivity is very important to us, which is why we have carefully designed our classes so that they can be adapted to match your level of experience and fitness. Throughout the class our instructors will give variations of positions that will best suit you.
Q: Are there showers?
A: Yes, we have one shower with fresh towels, two restrooms, and one changing room at your disposal.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes, stop by the studio for a personalized gift card for your friend, partner, colleague or family member.
Q: Do you offer corporate rates?
A: Yes, we do offer rates and special packages tailored to your employees' needs. Whether through a one-off corporate teambuilding/workout event or regular classes, we are more than happy to help give your employees or clients a mental, spiritual, and physical boost.
Q: Do you offer private classes?
A: Yes, we truly believe in making our clients feel as comfortable and as taken care of as possible, so we do offer private lessons. Please reach out to us to set up your next class.
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: As of now, we only accept bank transfer or cash. We will also offer on-site debit card payment options in the near future.

Q: In which language are classes given?
A: Mostly in English and Dutch, however the majority of our instructors can speak Papiamentu as well and are more than happy to switch between languages to ensure that everyone feels seen and included.

Turn cell phone (mindful of phone -- hour for you), take slippers off at bottom of stairs to keep studio clean, speak softly (mindful of other people), bring water bottle -- fill up tap.
