Q: What do I wear to a class?

A: You are welcome to wear anything you'd like. However, we recommend wearing comfortable sports attire that makes it easy for you to stretch and move in, such as leggings and a sports bra or t-shirt. All classes are given barefoot.

Q: What do I bring to class?

A: We offer complimentary infused water, but suggest you bring your own water bottle.  Aside from your sports clothes, we hope you come to class with an open mind. No need to bring your own equipment unless you prefer to do so.

Q: What equipment is used?

A: We take great pride in the type of brands we work with and the equipment we offer. For every session, you are invited to use our high-quality mats by Lululemon. The instructor will then let you know what other equipment will be used in that class. We also have Lululemon yoga blocks and resistance bands, Pilates rings, Bala balls and weighted wrist/ankle bangles.

Q: Are there showers?

A: Yes, we have one shower with fresh towels available.  There are also two restrooms, and one changing room at your disposal.

Q: Are walk-ins accepted?

A: Walk-ins are welcome to join if the spots aren't filled up yet. We want to avoid turning anyone away, so we do highly recommend that you sign up for a class on this website beforehand.  For your convenience, you can also use our Momo scheduling app on both Apple and Android.

Q: How big is the space?

A: The main studio is open, bright and spacious with a capacity for 20+ depending on the type of class.  There is also a relaxation area where students and members can socialize before and after class.  The space also boosts two washrooms, a large change area, a shower area, a small multi-purpose area and a large balcony overlooking the Waaigat.
