Schedule

Although the schedule is fairly consistent from week to week, we want to stay in alignment with the needs and wants of our members and students, therefore the schedule is updated on a weekly basis.  Make sure to follow Movements on Facebook and Instagram to get updated on last-minute changes, pop-up classes, upcoming workshops and events, and other fun activities.

If you would like to sign up for a class and are new to Movements Yoga & Pilates Studio, you will need to register first.  You can do so by clicking the link below, then find a class that fits your schedule and either sign up or drop in.  We can't wait to see you!
